Work engagement starts with the manager. In these programmes you spend two days with Prof. Dr. Bas Kodden working on your own leadership: the ELP for directors and experienced leaders, the YLP for those new to managing people.

Executive Leadership Programme

  • Two full days with Prof. Dr. Bas Kodden, up to 25 participants
  • Dilemma training, giving feedback and sustainable performance
  • A follow-up consultation and access to an AI library

€ 1,950 per participant, excl. VAT, including an overnight stay · team of up to 4: € 7,500
