What we do with your details.

In short: we only receive what you enter in a form, and we only use it to deal with your request.

Who are we?

Alles over bevlogenheid is an initiative of IMPACT on the Job, IJsselmeerweg 100-H, 1411 DL Naarden, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 63224860. Questions about your details go to Paul van Heeringen: [email protected].

What we receive from you

Only what you fill in on a form: your name, email address and organisation, and whatever else you choose or write, such as the scan, the number of employees or your phone number. We also see which page you sent the form from.

What we do with it

If you request a scan or programme, we send your request to Leiders.nl, who run the scans and programmes. IMPACT on the Job receives a copy. If you ask for a conversation, your message only goes to IMPACT on the Job. You receive a confirmation by email, with a reference number we use to find your request. We never sell your details, and we won't add you to a mailing list unasked.

The form goes through our hosting at Cloudflare and the email service Resend. They only process your details to deliver the email. To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks when you send the form whether it was filled in by a person; Turnstile sees your IP address when it does. We keep your request in our customer system Pipedrive, so that we can follow it up. We keep your request for at most two years after our last contact and then remove it.

If you book a conversation yourself, you do so in IMPACT on the Job's Microsoft Bookings. There you fill in your name and email address, so that we can send you an invitation.

No cookies and no tracking

This site uses no cookies, no advertising pixels and no visitor statistics. Photos, fonts and podcasts come from our own server. You only leave our site if you click a link yourself, for example to YouTube, which has its own rules.

Your rights

You may always ask which details we hold about you, and ask us to change or delete them. Email Paul to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
